SILVER POINT

Sale Policy

  • Silver Point give cognizance only to computer generated tax invoice.
  • The Silver rate per gram charged is as mentioned in the invoice Silver Point does not make any representation with respect to silver rate mentioned in the invoice because the Silver rate at any given time is not uniform or fix in the market. If payment is made by cheque or demand draft, delivery of the item purchased will be made only after realisation of the instrument amount and reflected in our account.
  • For sale/purchase/exchange for 2 lac and above (whatever applicable at the time of billing) customer would be required to furnish copy of their pan card address proof and contact no.
    For all future transaction shall be entertained only with the person in whose name the bill in issued
  • Some extraneous material like studded & meenakari which are sold with jewellery, in case of return same would be valued by net of Silver content only.
  • We operate with the most astringent QC policy in our company, however there may be a least chance of weight difference in net weight due to extraneous material.
  • All applicable govt. taxes will be borne by the customer.

Purchase Policy

At the time if sale of jewellery by the customers, we will value the product on the following basis:

  • The silver content will be valued on the basis of the Silver Point prevailing silver rate on the date of transaction made.
  • Silver content in jewellery will be valued after deduction of all stones was, pearls, dust, dirt and any other extraneous material. The weight of the silver will be net of all stone, wax, pearls, dust and dirt and any other extraneous material.
  • Making charges, taxes and the value of all other stone, bead and pearls will be completly deducted.
  • In case if refund is saught for Rs.10000/- and above sale by customers, refund in excess of shall be made only by way of account payee cheque/crossed demand draft/RTGS/NEFT.
  • At the time of purchase if old jewellery, meeting and refinind charges will be charged at the discretion of the management.

Exchange Policy

  • We will be able to exchange Jewellery in showroom for same value of the invocie, provided the jewellery is brought back in the same condition in which it was sold within seven (7) Working days from the date of invoice/sale. 
  • We will not be able to make a full value exchange if the jewellery sold has been tampered altered, misused, broken or repaired in any way. 
  • We will not be able to refund cash in exchange for the jewelry. Jewelry will have to be purchased against the full value of the product returned. Fresh purchased made against an exchange would be billed at the applicable Silver rate prevailing on the date of fresh purchase only.
  • No exchange shall be made without the original invoice copy being presented by the customer.

Order Policy

  • Silver rate can be freeze at the time of placing the order on payment of 50% advance of the product value. The silver rate applicable on purchase will be the prevailing rate at the time of payment of advance irrespective of the days silver rate at the time of delivery.
  • Customer can place an order without freezing the silver rate in payment of 25% advance of total product value. 
  • Product should be collected within 15 & 7 days for jewelry & Bullion/coin respectively from the date of delivery mentioned in the order receipt.
  • Necessary deduction (from advance) for loss caused due to order cancellation late delivery by customers will be made at the discretion of management. 
  • Delivery date can be extended due to unforeseen circumstances. 

Note:- : No complaint will be entertained by Silver Point in case: The jewelry is damaged due to mishandling by the customer. The jewelry is altered or repaired by a person not authorized by Silver Point. Consequential losses or damage in studded jewelry In case of any dispute the jurisdiction will be Ratlam (M.P.) only SILVER POINT reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions without any prior notice
